Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM.

How can I book an AC service?

Do you handle urgent AC breakdowns?
Yes. Urgent AC breakdown requests are handled during our working hours, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM – 08:00 PM. Call or WhatsApp us for the quickest contact.

General AC Questions
How often should an AC be serviced?
Many manufacturers recommend servicing at least once a year. Units that run for long hours, as is common in Dubai, may benefit from more frequent checks. Your unit's manual gives the manufacturer's recommendation.
Why is my AC running but not cooling?
Common causes include a dirty filter or coil, low refrigerant due to a leak, a faulty fan motor or an electrical problem in the outdoor unit. The system needs to be checked to find the actual cause.
Why is my AC leaking water?
Leaks are often caused by a blocked drain line or drain pan, or a frozen coil that drips as it thaws. Switch the AC off and have it checked to avoid water damage.
Does an AC need regular gas refilling?
No. The refrigerant circuit is sealed and does not use up gas in normal operation. A low refrigerant level usually means there is a leak that should be found and repaired.
Why does my AC smell when it starts?
Smells often come from dust or moisture build-up on the coil, blower or drain pan inside the unit. Cleaning these parts usually helps.
Do all AC systems have ducts that need cleaning?
No. Ducted and concealed ceiling systems deliver air through ducts and ceiling vents. Wall-mounted split units do not use ducts, but their filters, coil and blower still need cleaning.
