This policy explains what information is handled when you use the Al Rafay AC Unit Fix & Cont website (“we”, “us”) and how you can contact us about it.
Information you give us
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, address or area, and a description of your AC issue. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange and carry out the AC service you ask for.
Contact form
When you send the contact form, the details you enter (your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, the service you are interested in, your address or area, and your message) are stored in our website database so that we can reply to your enquiry. Only authorised administrators can view them. Your enquiry is not published on the website.
To protect the form from spam, the website checks a hidden field that people do not see, and it temporarily uses your IP address in the server’s memory to limit repeated submissions. Your IP address is not stored with your enquiry.
If the form cannot be sent, nothing is stored and the page offers to open WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, or to call us. Nothing is sent through WhatsApp until you choose to send it yourself.
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. Phone calls and emails are handled by the respective phone and email service providers.
Information collected automatically
- This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts.
- Fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from third-party services.
- Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may record basic technical information about requests (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) in order to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Cookies and local storage
- Theme preference: if you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
- Administrator login: a strictly necessary session cookie is set only when an authorised administrator signs in to the website’s admin area. Visitors to the public website do not receive this cookie.
Maps
If a Google Maps map is shown on our Contact or Service Areas pages, it is provided by Google and loading it is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Access to the website’s admin area is protected by password login with secure, server-side sessions.
